Booking Essentials
Securing Your Appointment
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the service cost. This isn’t an added fee—it’s simply a pre-payment that will go toward your appointment on the day. With increasing demand, this policy allows us to honour the time we’ve reserved just for you.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
Life happens—we understand. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in your booking fee being forfeited. In some cases, full prepayment may be required for future appointments.
Preparing for Your Visit
Arrival
Please arrive on time with your hair ready for its transformation. As we work with professional products and colour, we suggest avoiding delicate or light-coloured clothing—just to be safe.
Confirmation
Our SMS confirmation system will send you a reminder four days before your appointment. A simple “YES” secures your spot. If we don’t receive confirmation within 48 hours (after multiple reminders), your booking may be released.
Feedback
Your experience matters deeply to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please get in touch within 7 days so we can make it right. Your feedback helps us continue to improve.
Rebooking
Due to high demand, we recommend rebooking before you leave the salon. If you need to change your next appointment, simply call or reply with a preferred date and time.
Online Booking Terms
Creating an Account
To use our online booking system, you'll need to create an account with a valid email address and secure password. Please ensure your details are accurate and up to date. You’re responsible for maintaining your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Service Availability
Our online booking platform is generally available 24/7, though we may need to carry out occasional maintenance. While we do our best to keep it running smoothly, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Age & Use Requirements
Bookings may only be made by individuals aged 18 and over who can enter into legally binding agreements. All appointments made via our system must be legitimate.
Booking Fees & Cancellations
Deposits & Booking Fees
All booking fees are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. These will be applied toward your service on the day unless the appointment is cancelled within the notice period.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We reserve the right to require full prepayment for future bookings.
Online Booking Finality
Appointments made online are final. Unfortunately, they cannot be rescheduled via the booking system. If changes are needed, please contact the salon directly.
Unused Deposits
Any unused deposits or booking fees cannot be transferred to other bookings or clients.
