Founded by Caterina Di Biase, four-time Australian Hairdresser of the Year, the salon has been the home of bold, chic, precision hairdressing on Brunswick Street for over three decades.
Whether you’re after a sharp cut, a lived-in balayage, hand-tied extensions or full bridal hair and makeup, our Fitzroy team delivers salon work that’s built on technique, not trends.
Open late Wednesday (7pm) and Thursday (9pm), and from 8am Saturdays. We also open at 6am every Melbourne Cup Day for race-day hair and makeup.

Do I need to book, or do you take walk-ins?
We recommend booking online or by phone — the salon runs at capacity most days, especially late nights and Saturdays. If we have a gap we’ll always fit a walk-in.

Yes — we’re open until 7pm Wednesdays and 9pm Thursdays.

Yes. Two-hour metered parking on Brunswick Street, or three-hour parking at the Bullring Coles car park on Johnston Street.
Do you offer bridal and event hair and makeup?
Yes. Trials, on-the-day styling in-salon or on location, plus Silver and Gold bridal-party packages. We also open at 6am on Melbourne Cup Day.
