Preparation

Before Your Sugaring Appointment

  • Exfoliate 24–48 hours before to remove dead skin cells and prep for a smoother result.
  • Arrive with clean, dry skin—avoid lotions, oils, or deodorant that may act as a barrier.
  • Let it grow. For best results, hair should be about 5–7mm long (around a grain of rice).

Aftercare

For the Smoothest Results

  • Skip the heat. Avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming, and workouts for 24 hours.
  • Stay gentle. Don’t exfoliate or use perfumed lotions right after your treatment.
  • Hydrate daily. Keep your skin nourished with a light, natural moisturiser.
  • Exfoliate regularly (after 48 hours) to maintain silky-smooth skin and help prevent ingrowns.
